Information about the right of withdrawal (Art. 49, paragraph 1, lett. (H) of the Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005 “Consumer Code”) The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day in which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires physical possession of the last well-ordered. In the event of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in one order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day when the customer or a third party other than the carrier by the latter acquires, physical possession of ‘ last possession.
